This includes a variety of permits related to construction, plumbing, drainage, and electrical work. All necessary locates must be completed prior to project commencement.

    • Window Schedule
    • Foundation Plans

  • Red Seal ticket for Plumber
  • Engineered Drainage Plan
  • Status of Title (Issued by Winnipeg Land Titles Office, no later than 30 days before application)
