D.O.G Days of Summer

August 1, 2018 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

The D.O.G Days of summer event is to encourage people to get outside and enjoy the summer, bring a bagged lunch or visit a vendor – it’s up to you!

Located at the Beautiful Selkirk Waterfront every Wednesday in August.

Entertainment will play each week on the Selkirk show “Biz” stage between 11:30-1:30. Entertainers to be announced soon.

Food and approx. 20 market vendors each week! 11:00-2:00

The D.O.G Days of Summer is sponsored by Sunova and will feature Gallagher, their large and loveable St. Bernard Director of Greetings (D.O.G), who’ll welcome everyone to The Waterfront. Gallagher has a jam-packed schedule, so he may not be able to make it to every event.

The public is encouraged to bring their own dogs out for D.O.G Days. There will be water bowls to keep the furry friends hydrated

The City of Selkirk’s hydration station will be on hand to keep everyone else cool as well, so bring your refillable bottle and fill up for free.

Business card drop! There will be a weekly draw for a $50 gift certificate to a local business. One winner will be drawn each week, and on the final Wednesday, all cards from all five weeks will go into a grand prize draw TBD.

Businesses are encouraged to bring as many employees as possible out to D.O.G Days, because the business with the most cards in the draw will be recognized.

If you don’t have a business card, you can still enter by writing your name and phone number on a piece of paper and entering that way.

See you at the D.O.G Days!
