A permit is required to demolish and/or relocate any structure greater than 107 square feet within the City of Selkirk.
If a permit is not required for your project, you must ensure that you contact all applicable agencies to have services disconnected.
Permits Required
- Demolition Permit/Development Permit
- Drainage Permit is required if you are changing the grades
Locates must be done prior to starting your project
Drawings Required
- Site Plan (see Frequently Asked Questions for requirements),
- Engineered Drainage Plan (if applicable)
- Status of Title (issued by the Winnipeg Land Titles Office no later than 30 days before the date of the application)
