Mobile Wellness

Tuesday March 13th 9:30 am -11:30 am at the Gordon Howard Centre 384 Eveline Street Selkirk, MB.
Mobile Wellness encourages people to be aware of the factors that affect their health and the things that they can do to improve their health.
It includes:
- A health check: Blood pressure, Blood glucose, a family history checklist and a lifestyle quiz.
- Health displays on physical activity, nutrition, smoking and stress.
- A one-to-one brief counseling opportunity with a health care provider.
- Risk factor and complication assessment.
