CitizenSupport

Welcome to CitizenSupport, Selkirk’s online service request system.

CitizenSupport empowers you to effortlessly submit inquiries, highlight issues, or request municipal services whether you’re at home or on the move with your mobile device. The system seamlessly routes your requests to the appropriate city staff, which eliminates the need for you to guess which department or individual you should contact. Simply complete the form provided, attach any images or documents as needed, and hit the ‘Submit’ button—it’s that easy, efficient, and user-friendly!

Upon submission, our system will promptly notify you of your ticket’s successful creation. Should you not receive this confirmation, please check your spam and junk mail folders. Our city staff respond to inquiries in the order they are received and will reach out as soon as they are able. We strive to provide an initial response within 48 business hours; however, during peak periods — such as tax season or utility billing cycles — response times may be longer.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to address your concerns.
