Picture the Past is a community event that brings Selkirk’s history to life. Thousands of historic photographs sit in our archives, many with unknown faces, places, dates, and stories. Join us as we work together to identify people, recall local events, and uncover the stories behind images from the Selkirk archives.
Join us at the Gordon Howard Seniors Centre, 384 Eveline Street, on August 18 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and dainties while exploring historic photographs and helping solve a few mysteries from Selkirk’s past.
