Buddify has a number of different meditations aimed at stress relief, difficulty sleeping, walking, and other moods or activities. These meditations also vary in length so whether you have four minutes and 14 minutes there is something for you.

Be Well Selkirk

Train with Kait (Local)

St. Andrews resident and fitness instructor Kait will be live streaming workouts on Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays at 9:30am. Each workout will be 30-45min in length each time and include a warmup, the sweaty part and then a stretch/cooldown. Workouts will be available on Kait’s Facebook page if you are not available to make the live stream workouts.

Yoga For Kids with Heather McDermid (Local)

Stonewall resident Heather McDermid shares her favourite yoga practices that are fun for the whole family! Also a great resource to start getting into yoga with lots of information available.
