Any questions about the Blue Bridge or this project should be directed to the Province of Manitoba through the contact listed below. \nA Message from the Province of Manitoba\nManitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI) is currently in Round 3 of the Public and Stakeholder Engagement for the Preliminary Design for the Structure Rehabilitation for the Bridge on PR 204 over the Red River. WSP has been retained as the Engineering Service Provider\, with AECOM Canada ULC. leading public and stakeholder engagement.
